Aligned with the International Valuation Standards (IVS), IVS 300 Plant and Equipment, IFRS 13 Fair Value Measurement, and Egypt's Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) framework, this self‑paced online course covers:

• The plant & machinery (P&M) market: scope, drivers, and segmentation
• Asset identification, classification, and technical specifications
• Premises of value: in‑use, in‑exchange, in‑situ, and ex‑situ
• Site inspection, asset tagging, condition assessment, and data capture
• Cost Approach — replacement cost new (RCN), reproduction cost, and depreciation analysis (physical, functional, economic obsolescence)
