Pre-purchase / pre-sale price opinion & negotiation brief — A unit, plot or asset you intend to buy or sell, with an asking price or an offer on the table.

ماذا تستلم؟ · What you receive

مذكرة موقّعة (4–6 صفحات): موقع السعر المطروح من السوق، نطاق السعر العادل، نقاط القوة والضعف في الأصل، الشروط التي تستحق التفاوض، والسعر المستهدف الموصى به.

A signed brief (4–6 pages): where the asking price sits against the market, the fair price range, the asset's strengths and weaknesses, the terms worth negotiating, and a recommended target price.

التسليم خلال 3 يوم عمل من الدفع واستلام المعلومات. الأتعاب الأساسية EGP 5,500 للمخرجات بالعربية؛ النسخة ثنائية اللغة (عربي + إنجليزي) +25%؛ التسليم المستعجل خلال 48 ساعة +40%.

Delivered within 3 working days from payment and receipt of the information. Base fee EGP 5,500 for Arabic deliverables; bilingual Arabic + English +25%; express 48-hour delivery +40%.
