Delivery & Shipping Policy

COMFORT-CPD Academy (operated by Comfort Valuation Assets S.A.E., Cairo, Egypt) sells digital products and professional services only. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and no shipping, handling or customs charges apply to any order.

1. Online courses and course bundles

• Access is granted automatically after your payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes.
• Courses are delivered inside the COMFORT-CPD online course player at academy.comfortcpd.com. Sign in with the email address you used at checkout, then open My Account or the course link in your order-confirmation email.
• Bundles unlock every course in the bundle at the same time.
• The access period, level and CPD hours are stated on each course page. Certificates of completion are issued in the player on passing the final exam.

2. eBooks (PDF)

• A download link is emailed to your checkout email address within 2 hours of payment confirmation, and usually much sooner.
• Links are personal to the buyer and are not to be redistributed.

3. Professional services (valuation, inspection, property management, relocation)

• A service ordered online is a request for engagement. We contact you within one business day to confirm scope, timing and any site visit, and we issue an engagement letter where required by the Financial Regulatory Authority.
• Deliverables (reports, agreements, passports) are delivered electronically as PDF, and in hard copy only where the engagement specifies it.

4. Manual payment methods

If you pay by bank transfer or InstaPay, delivery starts once the transfer is received and matched to your order, normally within one business day of receipt.

5. Did not receive your order?

Check your spam or promotions folder first, then email khaled@comfortcpd.com or WhatsApp +20 100 140 7375 with your order number. We resend access or download links within one business day (Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–17:00 Cairo time).

6. Technical requirements

A current web browser and an internet connection. Videos stream online; lesson PDFs and eBooks open in any PDF reader. We deliver worldwide, subject to our Terms of Service.
