Seven Rules. No Surprises.
Every fee on this page is a base price times a published multiplier from the selector on the card. Subscriptions are prepaid; setups are one-time; automations are per contract, unit or notice.
Subscriptions are paid in advance for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months (−5% / −10% / −15%) and run from the activation date; renewal reminders go out 14 days before the term ends.

الوحدة مساحة واحدة قابلة للتأجير بعقد واحد. الباقات محدودة بعدد الوحدات؛ الانتقال للشريحة الأعلى يُحتسب نسبيًا للمدة المتبقية.Rent, deposits and fees settle to the owner's or association's own account through a CBE-licensed gateway. Pay4Rent never holds client money and takes no commission on rent.

Deliverable: A merchant account in the owner's name opened or linked at a CBE-licensed gateway (cards, wallets, InstaPay, Fawry), connected to the platform's rent schedules, an official receipt template, a test transaction, and the gateway's fees explained before go-live.

Drafting the lease itself is not included — order PM-07.

Deliverable: Escalation computed under the lease clause and the schedule updated, the renewal addendum generated from the platform template, automatic 90/60/30-day notices to both parties and the tenant's electronic acceptance. A market-rent study and negotiation of a new rent are not included — order PM-08.

For: An owner who needs a documented notice: late payment, breach, non-renewal or vacate at expiry.

Deliverable: A notice prepared from the platform's templates aligned with the Civil Code and tenancy law, sent by email, WhatsApp and SMS with a time-stamped delivery log, plus a print-ready PDF. Service by court bailiff or through a partner law office is coordinated at actual cost on request.

Deliverable: The deposit recorded with where it is held (with the owner or in an agreed bank account — the platform holds no money), linked to the condition record if one exists (PM-06), an itemised deductions statement with photos and invoices at exit, and a settlement statement accepted electronically by both parties.
