COMFORT-CPD Academy is the continuing-professional-development arm of Comfort Valuation Assets S.A.E., a Cairo-based valuation practice registered with the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA reg. 241 & 15). We teach what we practise: valuation, asset management and property services, delivered bilingually and to international standards.

A Licensed Practice That Teaches Its Craft
Comfort Valuation Assets S.A.E. (brand: COMFORT360) is an Egyptian joint-stock company entered in the Cairo Commercial Register under No. 201132. Its founder is registered with the Financial Regulatory Authority as a real-estate valuation expert (reg. 241) and as an asset-revaluation expert (reg. 15).
Since 2023 the practice has run COMFORT-CPD Academy: online, bilingual continuing-professional-development programmes for valuers, surveyors, property and asset managers, finance teams and real-estate professionals across Egypt and the MENA region.
Every programme is built from live practice — bank and court valuation reports, machinery & equipment assignments, property-management mandates and relocation projects — and aligned with IVS, the RICS Red Book, IFRS and USPAP.
