إدخال الوحدات والملاك والمستأجرين والعقود وجداول الإيجار والأرصدة الافتتاحية، ضبط الحقول والتصنيفات، جلسة تدريب للمالك أو فريقه (ساعة واحدة عن بُعد)، وتقرير مطابقة بعد النقل.

Units, owners, tenants, contracts, rent schedules and opening balances loaded; fields and categories configured; a one-hour remote training session for the owner or team; and a post-migration reconciliation report.

ملف Excel أو تصدير من النظام الحالي، وصور العقود السارية.

An Excel file or export from the current system, and scans of the current contracts.

المدة والأتعاب · Time & fees

خلال 5 أيام عمل من استلام البيانات. الأتعاب الأساسية EGP 2,500 (حتى 10 وحدات). السعر يتغير حسب عدد الوحدات كما في قائمة الاختيار. تُدفع مقدمًا عبر الموقع؛ الاشتراكات تبدأ من تاريخ التفعيل وتُجدَّد بنفس الطريقة.

Within 5 working days of receiving the data. Base fee EGP 2,500 (up to 10 units). The price varies by Units in scope as shown in the selector. Paid in advance through this site; subscriptions run from the activation date and renew the same way.

Scope boundary: tenant sourcing (PM-04), fully managed letting by Comfort staff (PM-05), inspections (PM-06), lease drafting (PM-07) and market-rent review (PM-08) are ordered from the property-management page.
