فحص كل فراغ مقابل مواصفات العقد وكراسة الشروط، قائمة ملاحظات مرقّمة بالصور والموقع على المسقط، قياس المساحة الفعلية مقابل المتعاقد عليها، وخطاب ملاحظات جاهز للتسليم إلى المطوّر مع زيارة إعادة فحص واحدة.

Every space checked against the contract specification, a numbered snag list with photos located on the plan, actual area measured against the contracted area, and a snag letter ready for the developer, with one re-inspection visit.

التسليم خلال 3 أيام عمل من المعاينة أو استلام العينات، بصيغة PDF موقّع ومختوم. الأتعاب الأساسية EGP 3,500 لتقرير عربي وموقع داخل محافظة القاهرة؛ النسخة ثنائية اللغة +25%، وخارج القاهرة تُضاف رسوم انتقالات حسب المنطقة كما في قائمة الاختيار. تُدفع مقدمًا عبر الموقع.

Delivered within 3 working days of the visit or receipt of samples, as a signed and stamped PDF. Base fee EGP 3,500 for an Arabic report and a site inside Cairo governorate; bilingual +25%; outside Cairo a travel surcharge by zone applies as shown in the selector. Paid in advance through this site.

طبيعة التقرير: تقرير فني هندسي موقّع من كومفورت لتقييم الأصول؛ ليس تقرير تقييم بالقيمة السوقية (اطلبه من صفحة التقييم) وليس اعتمادًا رسميًا لرخصة؛ إذا اشترطت جهة إدارية رأيًا مختومًا من مكتب استشاري مسجّل فيُضاف SI-ADD-08. Nature of the report: an engineer's technical report signed by Comfort Valuation Assets; it is not a market valuation (order that from the valuation page) and not a statutory permit approval; where an authority requires a stamped opinion from a registered consultancy, add SI-ADD-08.
