فحص سنوي للهيكل والواجهات والأسطح والعزل والمصاعد ومخارج الطوارئ ومكافحة الحريق والكهرباء والسباكة والخزانات، سجل حالة الأصول، خطة صيانة وقائية لـ12 شهرًا مع أولويات وميزانية تقديرية، ونسخة تصلح لملف اتحاد الشاغلين أو الجهة الإدارية.

An annual inspection of structure, façades, roofs, waterproofing, lifts, emergency exits, fire-fighting, electrical, plumbing and tanks, an asset-condition register, a 12-month preventive-maintenance plan with priorities and an indicative budget, and a copy fit for the owners' association or the authority file.

التسليم خلال 10 أيام عمل من المعاينة أو استلام العينات، بصيغة PDF موقّع ومختوم. الأتعاب الأساسية EGP 15,000 لتقرير عربي وموقع داخل محافظة القاهرة؛ النسخة ثنائية اللغة +25%، وخارج القاهرة تُضاف رسوم انتقالات حسب المنطقة كما في قائمة الاختيار. تُدفع مقدمًا عبر الموقع.

Delivered within 10 working days of the visit or receipt of samples, as a signed and stamped PDF. Base fee EGP 15,000 for an Arabic report and a site inside Cairo governorate; bilingual +25%; outside Cairo a travel surcharge by zone applies as shown in the selector. Paid in advance through this site.
