Laser measurement of every space, a simplified floor plan and a signed certificate of net and gross area to IPMS 2 / IPMS 3, fit for a sale, a lease or an area dispute with the developer.

التسليم خلال 3 أيام عمل من المعاينة أو استلام العينات، بصيغة PDF موقّع ومختوم. الأتعاب الأساسية EGP 3,500 لتقرير عربي وموقع داخل محافظة القاهرة؛ النسخة ثنائية اللغة +25%، وخارج القاهرة تُضاف رسوم انتقالات حسب المنطقة كما في قائمة الاختيار. تُدفع مقدمًا عبر الموقع.

Delivered within 3 working days of the visit or receipt of samples, as a signed and stamped PDF. Base fee EGP 3,500 for an Arabic report and a site inside Cairo governorate; bilingual +25%; outside Cairo a travel surcharge by zone applies as shown in the selector.
