تقرير موقّع من خبير مقيّد لدى الهيئة (10–15 صفحة): نطاق أسعار المتر أو الوحدة في التاريخ المطلوب حسب الموقع والحجم والحالة، الأدلة السوقية والمصادر ومنهجية تعديل الزمن، وجدول قيم إرشادية للأحجام الشائعة. يُستخدم أمام المحاكم والمحكّمين كدليل مستويات سوقية، ويُرقّى إلى تقرير تقييم معتمد عند تحديد العقار.

A report signed by an FRA-registered valuer (10–15 pages): the price range per m² or per unit at the requested date by location, size and condition, the market evidence, sources and time-adjustment method, and an indicative value table for the common sizes. Used before courts and arbitrators as evidence of market levels, and upgraded to a certified valuation once the property is identified.
