Valuation scoping & feasibility opinion (pre-engagement) — Can a certified valuation report be issued with the data you have? What scope, method, documents, time and fee will it need?

خطاب موقّع (2–4 صفحات): الحكم على كفاية البيانات، ما ينقص وكيف يُستكمل، أساس القيمة وتاريخه المناسبين للغرض (محكمة، بنك، تسوية)، المنهجية المتوقعة، والمدة والأتعاب. تُخصم أتعابه بالكامل من تقرير التقييم المطلوب خلال 60 يومًا.

A signed letter (2–4 pages): sufficiency of the data, what is missing and how to obtain it, the basis and date of value suited to the purpose (court, bank, settlement), the expected method, and time and fee. Fee fully credited against the valuation report ordered within 60 days.

Everything you have on the asset even if incomplete: location, description, contracts, receipts, correspondence, and the purpose of the valuation.

المدة والأتعاب · Time & fees

التسليم خلال 3 يوم عمل من الدفع واستلام المعلومات. الأتعاب الأساسية EGP 2,500 للمخرجات بالعربية؛ النسخة ثنائية اللغة (عربي + إنجليزي) +25%؛ التسليم المستعجل خلال 48 ساعة +40%.

Delivered within 3 working days from payment and receipt of the information. Base fee EGP 2,500 for Arabic deliverables; bilingual Arabic + English +25%; express 48-hour delivery +40%.
