دراسة جدوى كاملة: دراسة السوق للمنتج (الطلب المحلي والتصدير والمنافسة)، دراسة فنية (الطاقة الإنتاجية، المعدات، المواد الخام، الطاقة، العمالة، الموقع)، نموذج مالي 10 سنوات (NPV وIRR وفترة الاسترداد ونقطة التعادل والحساسية)، المتطلبات التنظيمية والبيئية، تحليل مخاطر، وملخص تنفيذي.

Full feasibility study: product market study (local demand, export, competition), technical study (capacity, equipment, raw materials, utilities, labour, location), 10-year financial model (NPV, IRR, payback, break-even, sensitivity), regulatory and environmental requirements, risk analysis and executive summary.

Product description and target capacity, equipment quotations if available, site or industrial-zone data, financial statements of the existing plant for expansions.

المدة والأتعاب · Time & fees

التسليم خلال 20 يوم عمل من اجتماع الانطلاق واستلام المستندات (يُضاف 30% للمشروعات فوق 20 مليون جنيه). الأتعاب الأساسية EGP 60,000 لتقرير عربي ومشروع حتى 20 مليون جنيه؛ النسخة ثنائية اللغة +25%؛ حجم الاستثمار:

• حتى 20 مليون جنيه — up to EGP 20M (×1.00)
• 20–100 مليون جنيه — EGP 20–100M (×1.50)
• 100–500 مليون جنيه — EGP 100–500M (×2.00)

Delivered within 20 working days from the kickoff meeting and receipt of documents (+30% for projects above EGP 20M). Base fee EGP 60,000 for an Arabic report and a project up to EGP 20M; bilingual +25%; investment band multipliers as listed. Projects above EGP 500M are quoted individually.
