مراجعة مستقلة لدراسة جدوى معدّة من الغير — دراسة جدوى أعدّها استشاري آخر ويطلب البنك أو المستثمر أو الشريك رأيًا مستقلًا فيها.

Independent review of a third-party feasibility study — A feasibility study prepared by another consultant, where a bank, investor or partner wants an independent opinion.

تقرير مراجعة: فحص المنهجية والافتراضات والبيانات السوقية والنموذج المالي، إعادة احتساب المؤشرات، تحديد الثغرات والمخاطر غير المعالجة، ورأي مستقل بمدى الاعتماد على الدراسة.

Review report: methodology, assumptions, market data and financial-model check, recalculation of key metrics, identification of gaps and unaddressed risks, and an independent opinion on reliance.

الدراسة محل المراجعة كاملة مع النموذج المالي (Excel) إن وجد.

The study under review in full, with its financial model (Excel) if available.

المدة والأتعاب · Time & fees

التسليم خلال 7 يوم عمل من اجتماع الانطلاق واستلام المستندات (يُضاف 30% للمشروعات فوق 20 مليون جنيه). الأتعاب الأساسية EGP 15,000 لتقرير عربي ومشروع حتى 20 مليون جنيه؛ النسخة ثنائية اللغة +25%؛ حجم الاستثمار:

• حتى 20 مليون جنيه — up to EGP 20M (×1.00)
• 20–100 مليون جنيه — EGP 20–100M (×1.50)
• 100–500 مليون جنيه — EGP 100–500M (×2.00)

Delivered within 7 working days from the kickoff meeting and receipt of documents (+30% for projects above EGP 20M). Base fee EGP 15,000 for an Arabic report and a project up to EGP 20M; bilingual +25%; investment band multipliers as listed. Projects above EGP 500M are quoted individually.
