أخذ عينات الخرسانة الطازجة واختبار الهبوط ومقاومة الضغط للمكعبات — صبة واحدة: مجموعة 6 مكعبات 15 سم (3 بعمر 7 أيام + 3 بعمر 28 يومًا) واختبار هبوط واحد.

Fresh-concrete sampling, slump test & cube compressive strength — One pour: a set of six 150 mm cubes (three at 7 days, three at 28 days) and one slump test.

مهندس كومفورت يحضر الصبة، يأخذ العينات ويجري اختبار الهبوط وفق الكود المصري ECP 203 والمواصفة المصرية، ينقل المكعبات بسلسلة حيازة إلى معمل معتمد من EGAC، ويصدر شهادة المعمل مع مذكرة مطابقة لدرجة الخرسانة المطلوبة.

A Comfort engineer attends the pour, samples and runs the slump test to ECP 203 and the Egyptian Standard, delivers the cubes under chain of custody to an EGAC-accredited laboratory, and issues the laboratory certificate with a compliance note against the specified concrete grade.

The specified concrete grade, 48 hours' notice of the pour, the supplier's name and mix certificate if any.

التسليم خلال 30 يوم عمل من المعاينة أو استلام العينات، بصيغة PDF موقّع ومختوم. الأتعاب الأساسية EGP 2,500 لتقرير عربي وموقع داخل محافظة القاهرة؛ النسخة ثنائية اللغة +25%، وخارج القاهرة تُضاف رسوم انتقالات حسب المنطقة كما في قائمة الاختيار. تُدفع مقدمًا عبر الموقع.

Delivered within 30 working days of the visit or receipt of samples, as a signed and stamped PDF. Base fee EGP 2,500 for an Arabic report and a site inside Cairo governorate; bilingual +25%; outside Cairo a travel surcharge by zone applies as shown in the selector. Paid in advance through this site.

المعمل: تُجرى الاختبارات المعملية في معمل معتمد من المجلس الوطني للاعتماد EGAC (ISO/IEC 17025) أو المعمل الذي يحدده استشاري المشروع؛ تقوم كومفورت بأخذ العينات أو حضورها وسلسلة الحيازة والتفسير الهندسي، وتُرفق شهادة المعمل الأصلية بالتقرير. رسوم المعمل مشمولة لعدد العينات المذكور في النطاق. Laboratory: tests are performed at an EGAC-accredited (ISO/IEC 17025) laboratory or the laboratory nominated by the project consultant; Comfort samples or witnesses, keeps the chain of custody and interprets the results, and the laboratory's original certificate is attached. Laboratory fees are included for the sample count stated in the scope.

طبيعة التقرير: تقرير فني هندسي موقّع من كومفورت لتقييم الأصول؛ ليس تقرير تقييم بالقيمة السوقية (اطلبه من صفحة التقييم) وليس اعتمادًا رسميًا لرخصة؛ إذا اشترطت جهة إدارية رأيًا مختومًا من مكتب استشاري مسجّل فيُضاف SI-ADD-08. Nature of the report: an engineer's technical report signed by Comfort Valuation Assets; it is not a market valuation (order that from the valuation page) and not a statutory permit approval; where an authority requires a stamped opinion from a registered consultancy, add SI-ADD-08.
