فحص المقر مقابل احتياجات النشاط: قدرة تحمل الأرضيات لماكينات الاختبار والمعدات الثقيلة، الارتفاعات والأبواب ومسار المعدات، القدرة الكهربائية والتهوية والصرف والمياه، أحواض المعالجة وغرف التخزين، اشتراطات الحماية المدنية والترخيص الصناعي، ومخطط توزيع مقترح — تقرير موقّع بقرار ملائم / ملائم بتعديلات / غير ملائم مع تكلفة التعديلات التقديرية.

The premises checked against the activity's needs: floor loading for testing machines and heavy equipment, clear heights, doors and equipment routes, electrical capacity, ventilation, drainage and water, curing tanks and storage rooms, civil-defence and industrial-licensing requirements, and a proposed layout — a signed report concluding suitable / suitable with works / unsuitable, with the estimated cost of adaptations.

التسليم خلال 5 أيام عمل من المعاينة أو استلام العينات، بصيغة PDF موقّع ومختوم. الأتعاب الأساسية EGP 7,500 لتقرير عربي وموقع داخل محافظة القاهرة؛ النسخة ثنائية اللغة +25%، وخارج القاهرة تُضاف رسوم انتقالات حسب المنطقة كما في قائمة الاختيار. تُدفع مقدمًا عبر الموقع.

Delivered within 5 working days of the visit or receipt of samples, as a signed and stamped PDF. Base fee EGP 7,500 for an Arabic report and a site inside Cairo governorate; bilingual +25%; outside Cairo a travel surcharge by zone applies as shown in the selector. Paid in advance through this site.

طبيعة التقرير: تقرير فني هندسي موقّع من كومفورت لتقييم الأصول؛ ليس تقرير تقييم بالقيمة السوقية (اطلبه من صفحة التقييم) وليس اعتمادًا رسميًا لرخصة؛ إذا اشترطت جهة إدارية رأيًا مختومًا من مكتب استشاري مسجّل فيُضاف SI-ADD-08. Nature of the report: an engineer's technical report signed by Comfort Valuation Assets; it is not a market valuation (order that from the valuation page) and not a statutory permit approval; where an authority requires a stamped opinion from a registered consultancy, add SI-ADD-08.
