مذكرة موقّعة بنطاق الإيجار السوقي الحالي للوحدة، تحليل بنود العقد الحالي (الزيادة، المدة، التجديد، الصيانة)، والصيغة الموصى بها للتفاوض أو التجديد.

A signed memo with the current market rent range for the unit, an analysis of the existing lease terms (escalation, term, renewal, maintenance), and the recommended position for negotiation or renewal.
