Expert review & certification of a partner-prepared valuation (signed & stamped) — The partner or its client needs an official report signed and stamped by a registered valuer and a licensed company in Egypt.

مراجعة كاملة للنموذج والتقرير وفق IVS، مذكرة تعديلات مطلوبة، ثم إصدار التقرير على ورق كومفورت لتقييم الأصول ش.م.م موقّعًا ومختومًا من الخبير المقيّد (سجل الهيئة 241 و15) — أو بصيغة مشتركة (Co-branded) باسم الشريك واعتماد كومفورت. نُصدر فقط ما نستطيع الدفاع عنه؛ ونوضح عند التحديد الحالات التي يشترط فيها القانون المصري مستشارًا ماليًا مستقلًا مقيّدًا لدى الهيئة (مثل معاملات الشركات المقيدة بالبورصة).

A full review of the model and report under IVS, a memo of required changes, then issue of the report on Comfort Valuation Assets S.A.E. letterhead signed and stamped by the registered expert (FRA registers 241 & 15) — or co-branded under the partner's name with Comfort's certification. We only issue what we can defend; at scoping we identify the cases where Egyptian regulation requires an FRA-registered independent financial adviser (e.g. transactions of listed companies).

التسليم خلال 5 يوم عمل من الدفع واكتمال المستندات. الأتعاب الأساسية EGP 15,000 لتقرير بالعربية وشركة حتى 50 مليون جنيه (إيرادات سنوية أو إجمالي أصول، أيهما أعلى)؛ ثنائي اللغة +25%؛ 50–250 مليون ×1.5؛ 250 مليون–مليار ×2؛ أكبر من ذلك أو مجموعات تزيد على 3 كيانات بعرض سعر. شركاء الإحالة (استشارات/مراجعة) يحصلون على خصم حجم 15–35% باتفاقية إطار.

Delivered within 5 working days from payment and complete documents. Base fee EGP 15,000 for an Arabic report and a company up to EGP 50M (annual revenue or total assets, whichever is higher); bilingual +25%; EGP 50–250M ×1.5; EGP 250M–1B ×2; larger companies or groups of more than 3 entities by quotation. Referring partners (consulting / audit firms) receive a 15–35% volume rebate under a framework agreement.
