سند الملكية أو عقد الانتفاع، الفكرة التصميمية وعدد المفاتيح، اشتراطات هيئة التنمية السياحية، أي مراسلات مع مشغلين.

Title deed or usufruct contract, design concept and key count, tourism-authority requirements, any operator correspondence.

المدة والأتعاب · Time & fees

التسليم خلال 20 يوم عمل من اجتماع الانطلاق واستلام المستندات (يُضاف 30% للمشروعات فوق 20 مليون جنيه). الأتعاب الأساسية EGP 65,000 لتقرير عربي ومشروع حتى 20 مليون جنيه؛ النسخة ثنائية اللغة +25%؛ حجم الاستثمار:

• حتى 20 مليون جنيه — up to EGP 20M (×1.00)
• 20–100 مليون جنيه — EGP 20–100M (×1.50)
• 100–500 مليون جنيه — EGP 100–500M (×2.00)

Delivered within 20 working days from the kickoff meeting and receipt of documents (+30% for projects above EGP 20M). Base fee EGP 65,000 for an Arabic report and a project up to EGP 20M; bilingual +25%; investment band multipliers as listed. Projects above EGP 500M are quoted individually.
