Digital contract activation & rent schedule (per contract) — An existing signed lease (or one drafted under PM-07) to be run on the platform.

رفع العقد إلى الخزنة الرقمية، استخراج البنود الأساسية (الإيجار، التأمين، الزيادة السنوية، الانتهاء، مدة الإخطار)، بناء جدول الاستحقاقات، ضبط تنبيهات الانتهاء والتجديد، وقبول المستأجر إلكترونيًا لجدول الدفع. صياغة العقد نفسها ليست مشمولة — اطلبها عبر PM-07.

The lease uploaded to the digital vault, key terms extracted (rent, deposit, annual escalation, expiry, notice period), the due-date schedule built, expiry and renewal alerts set, and the tenant's electronic acceptance of the payment schedule. Drafting the lease itself is not included — order PM-07.

خلال يومي عمل لكل عقد. الأتعاب الأساسية EGP 500 (لعنصر واحد). السعر يتغير حسب العدد كما في قائمة الاختيار. تُدفع مقدمًا عبر الموقع؛ الاشتراكات تبدأ من تاريخ التفعيل وتُجدَّد بنفس الطريقة.

Within 2 working days per contract. Base fee EGP 500 (per item). The price varies by Quantity as shown in the selector. Paid in advance through this site; subscriptions run from the activation date and renew the same way.

قاعدة الأموال: Pay4Rent لا تحتفظ بالإيجار أو مبالغ التأمين؛ كل دفعة تصل إلى حساب المالك أو الاتحاد مباشرة عبر بوابة مرخّصة، ورسوم البوابة بالتكلفة الفعلية.
