تقويم تذكير مخصص (قبل الاستحقاق بـ7 و3 وأسبوع ويوم، وبعده بـ3 و7 و15 يومًا)، رسائل ثنائية اللغة باسم المالك، قاعدة غرامة التأخير وفق العقد، تصعيد آلي للمالك، وتقرير شهري بالاستجابة.

A custom reminder calendar (7, 3 and 1 days before due; 3, 7 and 15 days after), bilingual messages in the owner's name, the late-fee rule per contract, automatic escalation to the owner and a monthly response report.
