ملف لكل وحدة ومستأجر، خزنة العقود الرقمية، جدول الإيجار، روابط دفع إلكتروني (بطاقة / محفظة / إنستاباي) تصل إلى حساب المالك مباشرة، إيصالات آلية، تذكيرات قبل الاستحقاق وبعده عبر الرسائل والواتساب والبريد، صندوق طلبات الصيانة، ولوحة متابعة للمالك.

A file per unit and tenant, the digital contract vault, the rent schedule, online payment links (card / wallet / InstaPay) settling straight to the owner's account, automatic receipts, before- and after-due reminders by SMS, WhatsApp and email, the maintenance-request inbox and the owner dashboard.

المدة والأتعاب · Time & fees

التفعيل خلال يومي عمل من الدفع. الأتعاب الأساسية EGP 350 (لشهر واحد). السعر يتغير حسب مدة الاشتراك المدفوعة مقدمًا كما في قائمة الاختيار. تُدفع مقدمًا عبر الموقع؛ الاشتراكات تبدأ من تاريخ التفعيل وتُجدَّد بنفس الطريقة.

Activated within 2 working days of payment. Base fee EGP 350 (one month). The price varies by Prepaid term as shown in the selector. Paid in advance through this site; subscriptions run from the activation date and renew the same way.

قاعدة الأموال: Pay4Rent لا تحتفظ بالإيجار أو مبالغ التأمين؛ كل دفعة تصل إلى حساب المالك أو الاتحاد مباشرة عبر بوابة مرخّصة، ورسوم البوابة بالتكلفة الفعلية. Money rule: Pay4Rent never holds rent or deposits; every payment settles to the owner's or association's own account through a licensed gateway, whose fees are passed at cost.

حدود النطاق: إيجاد المستأجر (PM-04)، الإدارة الكاملة بواسطة فريق كومفورت (PM-05)، محاضر المعاينة (PM-06)، صياغة العقود (PM-07) ومراجعة الإيجار السوقي (PM-08) تُطلب من صفحة إدارة الممتلكات. Scope boundary: tenant sourcing (PM-04), fully managed letting by Comfort staff (PM-05), inspections (PM-06), lease drafting (PM-07) and market-rent review (PM-08) are ordered from the property-management page.
